PACKAGING GUIDELINES FOR OnceMore4u SELLERS

  • Use a rigid box with flaps intact.
  • Wrap all items separately in bubble wrapped twice.
  • Use suitable cushioning material.
  • Use FZ tape all around the corners.
  • Paste a SD address label which is having bar codes/customer details/product details and return address. (Please ensure print quality is impeccable).
  • Place a duplicate address label inside the package.

High-tech packing :- Please use boxes specially designed to protect your laptop, cell phone, MP3 player or other wireless handheld devices. You need to use the Boxes at your own.

Use a Corrugated Box: -

Every time, use a new box. Make sure it is rigid and in excellent condition with no punctures, tears, rips, or corner damage, and that all flaps are intact. Remove any labels and all other shipment markings from the box.

Choose a box strength that is suitable for the contents you are shipping.

TRANSPORTATION PACKAGING FOR HEAVY ITEMS:-

  • Please use the thermocol on all 6 sides of the product.
  • Then Cover the product in Bubble-Wrap.
  • After that Put the Product in cardboard box & primary packaging of the shipment should be in such a way so that there should not be any movement in the product.
  • Then Use Polycover to pack the item with OnceMore4u tape.
  • Paste the address on the one side & use Stickers of Fragile/Handle with care wherever necessary.
  • The primary packaging of the product inside the box should be in such a way that it prohibits the movement of the product while in transit.
  • Fragile shipment (if any) needs to be packed with thermo-coal inside only i.e. the product should have the hard thermo-coal supporting from all side. Then you need to wrap the product with the bubble sheet.
  • The box then should be kept inside the carton box / tamper proof plastic flyer.
  • Fragile sticker stating handle with care is must for fragile shipments.
