Our aim at OnceMore4u.com is to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept the return of packages within 30 days from the date of sale and will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. All we ask that the product be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. OnceMore4u.com reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.
There are some products that we cannot take back if the company seal on the package has been opened.
In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 7 days on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
1. Please make sure that products are returned with the tags and the packaging intact, in an unwashed/undamaged/unused condition. Refund/replacement shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the product(s).
2. Please note that any product along with a free gift/ combo must be returned in its entirety.
We urge our customers not to accept an incorrect product; we will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
For all other products, we will refund 100% of the product cost in case the customer has availed our free shipping facility. In case the customer has not availed the free shipping facility, the actual shipping charge will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer
For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. Refunds for cash on delivery will be made via online transfer of funds to the customer’s bank account.
The refund will be happen within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
